Message from the President

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and welcome to Spirit of Faith Bible Intstitute (SOFBI)!

SOFBI was established to fulfill the vision of its Founder, Dr. Michael A. Freeman, which is to provide Christian education and training to the masses regardless of race, gender, or denominational background. Additionally, SOFBI strives to produce anointed men and women who have “pure hearts” to serve in their God-ordained assignments with excellence, with integrity, and with a “spirit of faith.” SOFBI is an affiliate of the Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE).

We have designed a program that we believe is both challenging and exciting! It is a program designed to help prepare both ministers and laypersons to fulfill God’s call for their lives. It is our goal to offer SOFBI courses to believers throughout the United States and abroad, through our distance learning program. Over the years, countless changes have taken place, however; the growth of Spirit of Faith Christian Center, through SOFBI, has indeed brought us to a threshold of next-level living and learning. We are truly excited about the things God has done, and continues to do, here at SOFBI. We look forward to seeing each student go from one level of faith to another level of faith as they grow in God’s Word.

So as you continue studying to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth (II Timothy 2:15), in the service of our Lord, may God’s blessings be yours for an excellent spiritual and academic journey!
