Welcome to the SOFBI website. I'm excited about your interest in learning more about SOFBI. The goal of this Institution is to produce anointed leaders who are equipped and trained to carry out their God-ordained assignments with excellence, with integrity, and with a spirit of faith.  (IICorinthians 4:13)

It is vital to remember that as you embark upon your preparation to carry out the call that God has for your life, you keep your heart pure. The Bible reads, “Blessed (empowered to prosper) are the pure in heart for they shall see God.”  (Matthew 5:8)

Motives matter more than methods. When a minister’s heart is right towards God, He (God) is obligated to orchestrate the circumstances, the events, and the situations of his life, and to bring him (the minister) into the knowledge of the things he needs to know that are critical for the fulfillment of his purpose and destiny in life!

If God is leading you to embark upon a new season in your life, I admonish you to be sure that it is God and no other person or thing. A lot is at stake when you talk about answering the call.  Count the cost.  It is in counting the cost that you determine whether you have the tenacity to finish (Luke 14:28). More than anything else in this world, if there is one thing that you should be sure about, it is this call. Many people are responding for the wrong reasons. Your whole intent of ministry should be to:  1) obey God; 2) serve His people; and 3) hear Him say, “Well done.”

I am so excited about how God has expanded our ministry training program. SOFBI is recognized as a higher learning institution. Our Governing Board is working in collaboration with other education officials in preparing us for next-level academic achievement. Our program is designed for the adult learner who is seeking to obtain the wisdom and knowledge of God.

The curriculum at Spirit of Faith Bible Institute is very similar to the ministry training that I received. Your success is not predicated on what I have received, but on what God has done and continues to do in you. He who has begun a good work in you is faithful. (Philippians 1:6).

My prayer is that you remain faithful in the mandate that God has entrusted to you. It is my desire that your life be enriched as you complete your area of study here at SOFBI.
